Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service booked. Generally:
For standard tours: Free cancellation up to 96 hours (4 days) before departure. No refund for cancellations made after this period.
For car rentals with a driver: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure. A 50% refund between 72 and 24 hours, and no refund for cancellations within 24 hours.
For customized experiences: Specific conditions apply. Please refer to the tour details or contact us.
If you have taken out cancellation insurance, different terms may apply.

Yes! Our tours are available in English and French, and we can arrange guides in other languages upon request, subject to availability.

Most of our tours operate rain or shine. However, in the case of extreme weather conditions (heavy storms, snow, or flooding), we may modify or cancel the tour for safety reasons. If a tour is canceled due to severe weather, you will be offered a rescheduled date.

Yes! Pets are welcome on our tours. Our driver is a true pet lover and even offers a Toscane option with his own dog for a unique experience. Just let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements!
