Cancellation Policy.

I - Bookings via the website fromparistour.com:

1/ For 1 to 3 cars with a driver or rental without a driver:

  • Up to 72 hours before: 100% refund

  • Between 72 and 24 hours: 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

2/ For packages including additional services booked via fromparistour.com
Each package is subject to specific cancellation conditions set by our service providers. To check the specific terms for each package, please refer to the corresponding package page.

II - Off-site bookings (outside fromparistour.com):

1/ From 1 car with a driver:

  • Total cancellation up to D-30: 10% service charge

  • Total cancellation between D-30 and D-10: 50% of the service cost is due

  • Total cancellation within 10 days: 100% of the service cost is due

  • Partial cancellation up to D-10: Possibility of canceling 1 car for every 2 to 10 cars booked, and 1 additional car for every 10 cars booked

  • Partial cancellation within D-10: The number of vehicles cannot be reduced

2/ Packages including additional services:
Each package is subject to specific cancellation conditions set by our service providers. Contact us for details regarding the specific cancellation terms of your package.

3/ For rentals without a driver, including self-drive rallies:

  • Total cancellation up to D-30: 10% service charge

  • Total cancellation between D-30 and D-10: 50% of the service cost is due

  • Total cancellation within 10 days: 100% of the service cost is due

  • Partial cancellation up to D-10: Possibility of canceling 1 car for every 2 to 10 cars booked, and 1 additional car for every 10 cars booked

  • Partial cancellation within D-10: The number of vehicles cannot be reduced

Damage Excess:
In case of an accident, an excess of €1,500 per damaged vehicle will be charged.

Security Deposit:

  • 1 car: €1,500 deposit

  • 2 to 9 cars: €3,000 deposit

  • 10 to 19 cars: €4,500 deposit

  • More than 20 cars: €6,000 deposit

Customers who have taken out cancellation insurance at the time of booking will benefit from the preferential cancellation conditions stated in their contract.

Important Notices:

  • Departure times may vary by 15 minutes.

  • From Paris Tour reserves the right to cancel or modify certain tours without prior notice if required for passenger comfort or safety due to force majeure, strikes, demonstrations, administrative decisions, or exceptional closures.

  • From Paris Tour cannot be held responsible for traffic congestion, delays, irregularities, strikes, bad weather, theft, or loss of personal belongings.

  • If the tour or service is interrupted by the customer after it has started, no refund will be given.

  • Any customer arriving late for departure will be considered a "no-show" and will not be refunded, regardless of the reason.

Excursions Outside of Paris

1/ Full-day ([Destinations: e.g., Normandy, Loire, Champagne]) & Half-day ([Destinations: e.g., Versailles, Monet Foundation in Giverny]) Excursions:

  • Up to 96 hours (4 days) before the excursion: 100% refund

  • Less than 96 hours (4 days) before the excursion: No refund
